Heber Ethiopia is open to all Ethiopians regardless their religion, tribe or political views. However, a person who join Heber Ethiopia organization and is a member of the Executive committee or the Board of Directors must and shall avoid using Heber Ethiopia's name, identification, property, or information and its activities or event for personal use; and shall avoid associating his/her personal activities with Heber Ethiopia name, identification, activity or event in a sense that the general public might infer that Heber Ethiopia is religiously, tribalistic and/or politically oriented, one way or another. Heber Ethiopia has a constitution that governs its activities and its members activities.
